Hi, I’m Nilou (she/her)—short for Niloufar, which means water lily or blue lotus. I’m based in Vancouver, BC.

I’ve spent over eight years helping teams create user-centred products that shape the way people interact with technology. Through collaboration, curiosity, and a focus on design thinking, I turn user insights into meaningful solutions.

I’m passionate about leading teams to tackle complex problems with a holistic approach. To me, great design isn’t just about the product—it’s about creating seamless, end-to-end experiences that leave a lasting impact. It’s also about improving processes and building strong relationships with stakeholders along the way.
